Stir fry is a fairly simple process. Cook some meat, remove, cook veggies, add sauce, add meat.
But, to get the flavor combination just right, that is the trick.
Here is a simple stir fry that brings a great freshness from the variety of veggies, but also the right amount of sauce that brightens the flavors.
I have added a step called Velveting. This is a process that locks in the moisture into the meat and creates the smooth texture in the meat that you get when you eat at a Chinese restaurant. You can skip this step to save time. See the notes at the bottom.
