Brew42 - Batch #12 - Summary
First Brewed on Veterans Day, November 11, 2011. This beer celebrates our humble service men who have the right to be arrogant, but choose to humbly server our country. The Humble American has a smoky, caramel taste, with a medium body and a strong hoppy finish. Being a clone of Stone Brewery's Arrogant Bastard, we compared ours with the original and not surprisingly, we liked ours better. The flavors were extremely close, but the Humble American had a better carbonation level that to our tastes, made this a better brew.
