Ingredients:
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup oleo
- 4 eggs
- 6 bananas (very ripe)
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 cups walnuts
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Mix ingredients together in order.
- Using 2 regular size or 4 small loaf pans, line them with waxed paper.
- Split the batter between the loaf pans.
- Bake the regular size pans for 1 hour or 45-50 minutes for the small pans until dark brown.
- When finished, immediately remove the wax paper, wrap in foil and freeze.
Notes:
- The very ripe banana’s should be very dark.
- You can save ripe banana’s in the freezer till you are ready to use them.
