Brew 42 - Batch #4
This recipe is a clone of the Sierra Nevada Porter, but interestingly, I have never had the original, thus I am not sure how well it compares to the Sierra Nevada version, but this porter has a deep brown color, a small but sufficient head and all the great tastes of a porter, toffee, chocolate, coffee, malt, toast... A great beer to sip on and watch the snow come down.
