This method is sometimes referred to as the Sheboygan Brat method except that up that direction, they simmer, then grill. The Hot Tub method is a grill then simmer method that is a great way to either do all your cooking ahead of time or serving over a period of time. Once cooked, the brats sit in a Hot Tub of onions, green peppers and onions soaking up the flavors while staying hot and juicy.
