The Rolling Thunder Hot Sauce is a cayenne pepper sauce name in honor of the Rolling Thunder Battalion which Stephen is now a proud member of.
This hot sauce is a typical cayenne pepper sauce, but has a jalapeno and a habanero for a little added Thunder. Enjoy!

Directions:
Wash and cut the stems of the peppers, then cut the peppers into smaller pieces (1-2 inches). Put the peppers in a blender, then add the salt and enough vinegar to cover the peppers.
Blend for 2-3 minutes until the mixture is smooth. Pour the mixture into a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Once the mixture is boiling, reduce to a simmer for 20 minutes.
Remove from the heat and let cool for a few minutes. Strain the sauce to get rid of the smaller pieces.
Bottle and use on everything to add a bit of Thunder to your food.
