Seeing eggs on a pizza, you might assume this is a breakfast pizza, but... you would be wrong. Although, who can ever say no to pizza anytime of the day?
This pizza uses our standard cast iron pizza dough, then adds a southwest flair with a white sauce, poblano's, red onion, chicken and a few other things.
Cracking 3-4 eggs on top adds a luxurious texture that stands up very well to the crunchy bottom crust and the thick, chewy dough.
